Volume 9, October 2025

Abstract The ninth issue of The Edgar Wind Journal focuses on the works of Alois Riegl (1858–1905) and their reception. Despite the extensive literature on Riegl, many questions remain, including a reassessment of his overall contribution in light of recent scholarship. This issue presents a selection of new studies presented at the international conference The Vienna School of Art History IV: für Riegl / gegen Riegl, held in Prague in April 2025.
